Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between:

the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) who places an order via the online store located at unfoldrecover.com.
1.2 These Terms are an integral part of the order confirmation and form a contractual agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
2. Product Information and Prices
2.1 All product information, including prices, is listed on the website. Prices are final and include VAT and all applicable fees.
2.2 The Seller reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The price valid at the time of placing the order is binding.
3. Orders and Agreement
3.1 By placing an order and receiving confirmation by email, the Buyer enters into a binding agreement with the Seller. An invoice will be issued upon payment. No formal purchase contract is concluded.
3.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when placing an order.
3.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order, especially in cases of suspected misuse or errors in pricing.
3.4 Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive an invoice containing the full identification details of the Seller.
4. Payment and Delivery
4.1 Payment method:
All payments are made securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card.
4.2 Delivery method:
All products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by
the Buyer immediately after payment.

6. Support and Complaint Handling
6.1 In case of any technical issues with product delivery (e.g., the product is not received), the Buyer may contact the Seller via email at unfoldrecover@gmail.com.
6.2 The Seller will resolve such issues without undue delay, usually within 3 working days.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 By purchasing a digital product and confirming the delivery, the Buyer expressly agrees that they lose the right of withdrawal according to applicable EU consumer protection laws.
7.2 This is due to the immediate delivery of digital content which cannot be returned once accessed.
